Home visits may be provided for existing patients only in the event that they are unable to attend the surgery for a specific health reason. If the Doctor is unable to attend for a home consultation, our practice team will suggest an appropriate and alternative course of action on a case-by-case basis after speaking to the Doctor.
  • Speaking to your GP over the phone
